So it has a section where I list which vaccines I am opposed to. So can I pick and choose? I was under the impression I have to be opposed to the practice of vaccination in general... Can you guys look at it?

Well, there's LePage v. State, which I assume still applies (2001). On the basis of this, you probably can in fact pick and choose in Wyoming. Having an explanatory religious/philosophical framework in which to place one's choices, though, can't hurt.
