Tuesday: Curry Cauliflower Soup with Salad and No-Knead Bread (and Sandwiches for the meat eating crowd)
Wednesday: Steam veggies, Cheese Sauce, Crescent Rolls, and Corn
Thursday: Orange Ginger Baked Tofu, Fried Rice, Black Bean Green Beans
Saturday: New Orleans' Style White Beans, Salad, No Knead Bread
Sunday: Spaghetti Squash
Tuesday I have my parents coming over for dinner and Saturday I have friends coming over. It's a good thing I like cooking for people .
