Our 16mo LO has had his bottom/top front teeth since he was about 6mo. Just the past few days, I noticed that the gum line in front of one of his lower front teeth suddenly is much lower than the other side, like it is receding. Anyone else had this happen? Should we be concerned? Not sure what a dentist would do even if we went in... Thanks for your thoughts/advice!
