So every month my chart looks about like this months.  I'm obviously about to get my period :( , but I'm more concerned about the dip in the middle around 7 dpo.  Every month there's a dip about then, it gets a little lower, recovers a little then crashes.

If my progesterone starts to crash at about 7 dpo can I even sustain a pregnancy?

If it does start to crash at 7 dpo, why is it 5 more days before I get my period?

Please help.  I'll also post a couple of other month's charts for comparison.

Sorry.  I can't seem to figure out how to post more than one chart.

But, any ideas out there?  Anybody? ?????

Hi

I would think there is some kind of hormone disbalance,,On other hand it looks like BT just gradually goes down,,,Your chart looks a lot like mine,,,,do you have any kind of spotting after O? I just would ask doc for progesterone; you can try natural one too. I heard a lot of good things about it from those who had little trouble. I will read around and if will see something gonna let you know...

I see you have VIP at FF, they have their message board, did you try ask smb there?

I would suggest posting this to the One Thread or to one of the other busy threads - you may get more answers.

However, I'd say your chart looks pretty normal to me. It's pretty common to have a slow decline in temps towards AF - not ideal but not uncommon. What supplements are you taking? It's possible progesterone might help, but I think you'll get better answers if you direct this where some of the women with LP defects will see it.

I double checked my chart and I have deep dip at 8dpo than it went back up and then went down in 4 days. I think it could be implantation,,,

search for "implantation dip myth"  it will give you some into on a hormone peak most women have mid luteal phase. i cant remmber if its LH or what. but women often call it an implantation dip when there is no such thing. it looks to me like you may just have that regularly.

Thank you so much for the information.  I only have the vip membership with ff as some sort of special bonus.  Since I'm not a paying memebr I don't have access to the boards.  I looked up the implantation dip and it seems that it is not uncommon to see a dip, but if you're pregnant the corpus luteum rescues the progesterone production and the temps rise again (?) or something like that.  If you're not pregnant, the temps keep falling.  (?)

I haven't tried progesterone.  I looked into it and I'm a little nervous about using it while pregnant (if I get pregnant).  Ugh.  Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Thank you again for everyone's help.  We'll see what this month brings.

You will need docs prescription for progesteron,,,dont worry if you get preg, because progesterone produces in your body during pregnancy and doctors often prescribes continue progesterone that baby would stay were it should,,,if you want something natural - you can try natural progesteron cream, its made from plants and doesn't have strong effect, but I heart it helps....
