i know this question seems a little weird, because he does not have any big health issues at all, but i am still concerned as to why he has gotten 2 colds this month and apparently seems to have some type of skin wart thing that our chiropractor pointed out it was not very common, and his immune system is probably  little low right now. Â
Â
he is 2.5 and he usually gets sick 2-4 times a year, maybe 2 day long stomach bugs and then 1-2 colds that last on average 10 days. Â but this year, he got his regular 10 day cold after xmas staying with sick people always and flying. Â and now 2 weeks later he has another cold and this wart thing. Â
Â
I think we eat fairly well, not crap processed stuff, but im definitely not too strict, i think anyway. Â
Â
i give him cod liver oil and probiotic daily for supplements. we do a green smoothie everyday, he eats fresh fruit and steamed veggies everyday. we eat organic meat, eggs etc. the only dairy he eats is occasional yogurt, because i dont give him milk, and he doesnt like cheese. Â what else? Â he gets regualr routine sleep. Â nap is 2 hours on average and he sleeps about 10 hours at night on average.
Â
i know this sounds so silly, but i care a lot about nutrition for our family, and so no i feel kind of like a failure:( am i missing something?
Â
i am going to start to do nettle and red raspberry infusions and hopefully he'll take to those, and i have also started giving him bee pollen and rose hips in his applesauce. Â
Â
any suggestions or good mama advice?Â
