Are my BumGeniuses goners? Help!

Hi everyone! Long timer lurker, first time poster in this forum.

We bought some BG pocket diapers about 2 years ago to use with DS1. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, we were only able to wash them every 2-3 days. Even though we did the dry pail method, they still have mold/mildew spots on both the stay-dry and PUL. I discovered this a couple of months ago when we were washing them to start using on DS2.

I've tried both bleach and oxygen bleach, as well as nappy sanitizer (which I think is a UK thing). Since we live in the UK and it's winter sunning them is not an option. Is there any way to save them, or should I just throw them away?

Mildew stains. It shouldnt effect the function of the dipe so long as the PUL is intact. Wash them in the hottest water possible and be sure you dry them thoroughly. Chances are good they were put away damp at some point.
