Role of Anxiety & Stress & TTCing

Just wondering about this--especially since I've been taking Vitex and feeling like the wicked witch after a certain hour each day!

I'm trying to incorporate relaxation into each day (prayer, yoga, breathing, laughter).

Any other tips on surefire ways to lower anxiety (while BF)?

BTW, this is just your run-of-the-mill anxiety (type A SAHM with 2--you get the picture)!

I had a highly stressful fall semester that ended mid-December, and I really feel like getting rid of that stress helped my get my BFP in January.  We also had a vacation to a nice warm sunny place in January.

I can't usually go on vacation to lower my stress, but when I'm home, what helps is decluttering and cleaning my space, organizing my time, and spending time outside on walks and things like that.  I don't know if any of that would helpful for you though.  Good luck.

Thanks, YellowDart!  Those are great suggestions.

Fortunately, I live in a beautiful place so I guess I could take advantage of it more often!  I.e. taking the kids to the beach at least 1x per week. :)

I got preggers last time while taking a trip for a family member's wedding. Just getting out of town was helpful, I think.
