Relactating: How long before I can produce?

Let me first say that I do not have high expectations.  Any milk at all will be fine with me.  I am just wondering how long before I see even a drop.

I haven't breastfed in 6 months.  I have a 7 month old.  I am pumping every 2 hours and taking motherlove more milk.  I ordered fenugreek to take on top of that but I haven't received it yet.  I also ordered domperidone.  Anyone who has been there have a timeline of your experience?

According to Newman's info on adoptive nursing the effects of dom generally are at their max about 2-4 weeks after beginning the dosage (he lists 20mg 4 times per day. When mothers are relactating some see drops by the end of the first week but it's not uncommon for it to take much longer (think closer to months). If you're able to get baby at the breast while supplementing (with an SNS or a home made nursing system) then your hormonal responses should be a bit faster and supply generally returns faster.
