Hi everyone! CD13, temp dropped, mild cramps...how is everyone else?

AAM...    We shall soon see if I can ramp this TTC thing up enough for it to finally work. I took Soy this cycle, 80mg, cd3-7. And have already started BDing. I'm hoping to BD everyday until after I ovulate. Though I already know I may miss a day Wednesday or Thursday (hopefully not both).

I'm living vicariously through all of you gals right now.  I have to wait until I'm better before we can TTC again, hopefully next O time.   DH is having a sperm analysis tomorrow in the meantime.

TTCOC - I know you will have a wonderful wedding!  How exciting.. the real count down is here!  My sister gave birth 9 months to the date of her anniversary!  So I would say.. this could be your lucky month!  

Cbaa - I got the news our friends are having twins.  Yea!  (and poop on me)

I'm 10dpo.  No more spotting.  Just the little bit of brown spotting yesterday morning.  I'm not hopeful, though, for some reason.  In fact, I cried for about an hour yesterday about how everything sucks, I'm never going to get pregnant, and other nonsense.  Apparently, I'm feeling really emotional and weepy... pms'ing.

Oops I posted this in last week's thread, reposting:

Hey ladies, just checking in. Yesterday I was supposed to have a massage which I have been looking forward to for ages, but through a series of unfortunate events I never made it to the appointment. I was heartbroken :(   It was just like one of those dreams I always have where I try and try to get somewhere but somehow I never succeed. I spent the rest of the day watching movies so I wouldn't have to think about how upset I was about missing my massage. One of those movies was Inception, which I hadn't yet seen... so then after watching the movie I was like... hmmm maybe today really was just a dream? haha

I had such a strange AF this month. The first few days were normal up until day 3 which is usually the first of 2 heavy days. Well that day was crazy heavy and I had awful cramps in both my uterus and my stomach (maybe something I ate?)... I took advil which made the cramps in my uterus go away but simultaneously made the stomach cramps get worse! It was not a fun day. That evening I had my acupuncture appointment, and after I left acupuncture my bleeding more or less stopped! It was the strangest thing ever because usually I have 2 days in a row of heavy bleeding but after the acupucture I had a few more days of spotting and that was it (though the cramps continued for another day).

Only 6 days until my vacation, hooray!

I'm on CD 5, but feeling okay.  This is always a nice time in my cycle when I don't feel too stressed or hormonal or anything.  DBF is at his doctors appt. right this very minute requesting a SA, I have an appt. on Friday with my Midwife, and I just ordered like 7 new books from BN about pregnancy, birth, Montessori, and kids.  I think I may have a book addiction.....My miniscule NYC apartment is just OVER RUN by all of these books that I have, and here I am ordering more!  

I also have my doula workshop coming up in 3 weeks!!!  YAYYYY!!  I can't wait to get started and actually attend some births!  So psyched.

If we're not successful by March, I'm sending DH to get a sperm analysis.  How do you go about doing that?  Can a general practitioner order one or does he need to see a specialist first?  FX your DH has perfect swimmers!

Nope - triple!!!    I was going to have some with some wine...  but knowing me, if I'd opened the bottle I would have had to finish it (can't leave it, might go bad, lost alcohol....  ) - and I had to work the next day (so didn't even bother going out to get the cheese.. hehe).  I'm not one of those people who can coast through the next day on a hangover - it just doesn't work.  If I ever drink enough to get a hangover - I'm in bed for the whole of the next day.

Mommym - My OB/GYN sent me home with a cup and a lab sheet for DH.  Although, it seems pretty routine, I'm sure your DH could call his PCP and have them order one.  I too, thought DH was going to have see a specialist (he would have been less thrilled with that).. but this is easy.  Thanks for the fx!

Sourire - Ugh about missing the massage.  I hear your pain.  I am way overdue for a massage, myofascial work and a chiropractic adjustment.  My whole body is ouch.  I hope you have a blissful vacation.

MommyM - Last time around DH had his SA done at the repro. endocrinologist's office where I went for bloodwork and ultrasound.

AFM - Well, I think I may have had my temperature shift today.  My temp was just high enough that I could draw a coverline - i.e. just .2 higher than my highest in the last 6 days.  If I went with the first temperature I got yesterday it would've been a .6 rise, but since I went with my second temperature it was just a .2 rise.  Hoping hoping hoping that tomorrow is even higher cuz, to be perfectly frank, getting in a BD every day for the past 5 days was getting a little...tiresome?  I mean, DH and I certainly enjoy DTD...very much.  But, it's different when you feel like you have to, kwim?

MommyM - My experience with SA has been similar to Taxlady's - My obGyn sent me home with cup for DH and set up the order with the lab.  Good luck!

Sigh.  Poas today.  At 10dpo.  At 6pm in the evening.  Bfn.  Why did I do that??  Such a bad idea.  :(  No more testing tell... um... not sure when.  Don't know when to expect AF!  But at least a few days!

I so totally agree! It's hard to get into it when it feels like a chore.
