Stevi: I always think this and forget to type it . . . I'm pulling for you! Best of luck this month.
As for the name thing, I have wondered about this for a while . . . the conclusion that makes the most sense for us, I think, is to use my MIL's maiden name. She was an only child, so she's the nearest relative whose last name hasn't been passed on to a son who might pass it on to his kids. There's no guarantee any name will get passed on, but it seems like a good thing to "save" that one, because it's definitely dead-ended for now. Also, I like her maiden name, Spice. It's a good name.
Can I be moved to waiting to know?
Thanks, ladies. I don't post much, but I do catch up regularly.

Â
Can I please be moved to "Waiting to O"? AF came a-knocking right on time this month. Like. RIGHT on time. It was creepy how on time she was. LOL
Â
Having totally regular cycles and still not getting pregnant, I really wonder if I O differently than I think I do. I need these O strips to get here, so I can find out!!! AHHH!!!
Â
I also realized this morning that I will be hanging out with AF on my wedding day... ... ... It'll be towards the end of AF, but it'll still be AF. >:-O

LOL.... our wedding was actually 1-1-11
When we got back from our honeymoon AF came (Jan 5th), then we got in one good timed bd right before dh left the state for work (and some not so good timed ones). When dh was gone for work is when I stated feeling icky and just KNEW I was pregnant. He got back on a Friday, I tested positive the very next morning (at 3 weeks 3 days). However, I knew I was pregnant for about 4 days prior to that. I was nauseous, vomiting, sore breasts, the works. This time I feel like I've been hit by a train. With ds I had no complaints at all until the end (when I got heartburn). I never had nausea, no vomiting, no breast tenderness, nothing. At 3 weeks 6 days I was at ds's school working and his para from last year stopped me in the hall and said "You're pregnant, aren't you?!? Just look at you!". Yeah, not cool. I've started bloating already and people can tell. My mom was laughing last night and predicted twins (based on the early growth and feeling absolutely horrible so early). Only time will tell that one.

StephandOwen: What a wonderful awesome surprise!! H&H 9 months to you!
Â
TTCCoC: Have you seen a specialist (reproductive endocrinologist) yet? Your period has been coming regularly all this time, but this cycle that just started is the first time you'll be charting, right? You may discover something is off (like temps too low or too high...possible thyroid issue, or luteal phase too short). Since you've been trying for about a year, I suggest you get a professional opinion soon.
Â
cygknit: So funny the way your DH made the shaving = DTD correlation.
I have to say that I, too, tend the let the leg hair grow in winter until either I feel like I want smooth legs again or...when it's BD-ing time.Â
Â
AFM: Nothing exciting to report. 7DPO, temps jumped up again. Been having some mild gastrointestinal discomfort the last couple days and hoping it doesn't blossom into something unpleasant. Went to my first Blessingway yesterday for a friend who's about to have her third baby...she comes from a very fertile family (has 6 brothers, most of her older siblings have 3+ kids...).

Hykue...  Thank you. And I love that for a last name!! I have some historic, famous last names in mind, ones that will be obvious as to where they came from. But am considering names similar to that for first names. My child will be an original, and I want the names I choose to reflect that.
Â
StephandOwen...  Whoops! Well, I was close. You still got a newlywed baby. Hee hee!
Â
AAM...  Fertile time is over... CM turned thick and creamy yesterday. Hopefully the BDing Thursday and Friday were enough. I'm seriously considering going to get some progesterone cream tomorrow...
Â
Everybody think Fertile Thoughts!

Okay, so the baby bug has bitten me hard today for some reason...and I'm SOOOOOOOOO ready to get back to being able to TTC again!! I feel crazy for saying that since Emma is only 2 months old but that's really how i feel!!! I just have this intense urge inside me that is telling me that I NEED another baby!!! I wish that urge could just wait another 7 months for my body to get back to more normal standings!!!! LOL I'm not so worried about what my family would say as i'm worried about the health of me and my child since i know i'm going to have to have a third c-section due to my uterus being thinner than the doctor wanted it to be when he did my c-section in december. He didn't tell me not to have a baby ever again, he just told me that we would HAVE to have a c-section...so I would like for my body to be prepared to go through that again.Â

I tested today at 9dpo, I'm not sure why I do this to myself... it was negative, obviously. I feel like I'm out this month, not that it is a bad thing since the only BD near my O was accidental & we really were avoiding, but it still annoys me to know that my body just won't make a baby... I'm feeling down. Good thing there is greasy Superbowl food waiting for me in 2 hours... Which will be spent with my 5 week pregnant cousin and sister with 4mo old niece... Time to slap on a smile!
Â
ETA: I just realized I'm actually only 8 DPO, and after a nap now I don't feel as bad, but I had a dip at 4 & 6 DPO which is what got me curious. I guess now I wait some more.

I can only hope! :) I had a lot of confusion with OPKs and fertile CM though so I'm wondering if I actually O'd where FF says I'm 4dpo. I guess time will tell! Maybe I'll see you over in the October DDC. :)
Â
It is very early. Â You're not out yet! Â Good luck!
