Hi everyone!  Today is 12dpo for me.  Tested this morning- negative.  Also, my temp dropped some.  Not good signs, but it's not over yet!

Thank you, everyone, for your input about SAs.  Hopefully we won't have to get one, but it's good to know in case we're still unsuccessful in the next couple of months.

Speaking of... I'm on CD 22 now and thought I O'd 2 days ago.  HOWEVER, I still have tons of EWCM and got a blaring positive OPK today.  I thought I had a positive one two days ago so now I'm confused.  Oh well, more BDing tonight. ;o)

TalkToMeNow, from your earlier post: I hate the 2ww for that reason. Lots of things to get your hopes up and lots of ways you can be tricked. From your second: I'm looking forward to your BFP soon, and I think that you're right to have plenty of hope still at 12 dpo. The BFNs are no fun, but really help the excitement for the BFP!

Hi gozal, and hugs. "Very treatable" is a good thing, though I totally understand the scary.

Not Telling, again, I hate the 2ww. Even something so scientific-y as a temp chart has so much room for variables.

AFM, I am convinced that AF is playing a trick on me with a nasty PMS and she'll be peeking around the corner any minute now. I've been thinking ahead and wondering just how involved I want to be in TTC #3. With my first we tried for two long and tear-filled years, until we had to stop for a scheduled surgery (unrelated). Of course, that was the month I conceived. With #2 we weren't using any method of trying or not; I was sure it would take as long to get 2 as it did 1. Boy, did he surprise me. I'm hesitant to get back into temping and all the agonizing that went with it. I'd often have a long run of high temps and no AF, be sure I was pregnant...and nothing. It was hard. Do I want to do that again? But what are my other choices??  I'd love some input on what you guys do, either right before TTC intensely or just at all.

Hi, everyone.

AF seems to being playing tricks on a lot of us this week. No fun. It's the beginning of the new month... Why's she have to be so cruel?

Anyways. TTC has really been pushed back lately... With freaking out about the fact that my last name is changing/becoming lame in 35 days and what-not... Plus school (For BOTH of us) and work, I'd be totallyyy surprised if I got a +. LOL AF is due Saturday. I've had weird "twinges"/weird boob pain, sharp shooting, etc., etc., but I'm not reading into it. At all. I totally quit my vitamins this past cycle to let my body be "normal" before I start temping and stuff, so I'm blaming it on that.

I'm going from a one-of-a-kind Nicole Stockhoff to a one-in-5000 Nicole Bell. =( I will officially be invisible. Boo. Oh, well. He's worth it. ;-) And our future children will appreciate being at the front of the lunch line and such, I'm sure. LOL

That's all I have for now. Life is just grand. All that could top it off would be a babay, of course. Haha.

AFM, still crampy but I suddenly had a bit of EWCM yesterday.  Since I didn't chart or temp this cycle, I have no idea if this is O or just my body messing with me.  We dtd anyway to try and catch an egg, if there was one.  I have to ask though, WWYD now?  Would you dtd again tonight and tomorrow night, just in case?

Veronika, I would dtd every day there is EWCM, if you can (I know its not always possible)!

TTCCorC - changing your name must be really tough to get used to! Here in Quebec nobody changes their name when they get married, so I didn't do it, but I can imagine just how bizarre it must feel to have a new name after going through your whole life with the old one.

Cynthia - I don't have any advice for you since I am still TTC my first, but I really hope your experience this time is more like your #2 than your #1!

Cynthia, I'm not charting or temping at the moment.  I still get up multiple times a night for my 1 yr old, I still nurse and I'm a bit of a mouth breather.    I just don't think my temps will be accurate enough at the moment, but NOT doing it goes along with a lot of uncertainty.  If we don't get a BFP in another month or two, I'll take up temping too to see if something's happening.

Thanks for the advice Sourire.  We're a bit "sexed out" this cycle after so much trying.  I guess we can muster up the courage to do it one more time.  ** sigh **

Well, I'm out.  AF came this morning.  But, I'm excited that I know more about what is going on with me so I'll be ready for this month!  Fourth time's a charm!  :)

Hallelujah!  FF gave me crosshairs and they're where I thought they would be.  However, I still had EWCM AND a positive OPK after O.  Has that ever happened to anyone???  It makes me wonder if FF is completely wrong.

Anywho, please move me to waiting to KNOW for the first time in over 2 months! :)

MM, it's the temp dip on CD19.  It's counting that as the pre-O dip, so the temp on the next day is the "on it's way up temp."  You'd see that if you changed that temp to 97.0, it would change your O date or take the crosshairs away until another day of high temps.  Not that you should, but just saying that's what will happen!  :)

I bet you're right.  I contemplated removing that temp... and I guess I probably should.  It's just so nice to see crosshairs for the first time in a LOOOOOOOOONG time.  LOL  I guess I should consider myself still waiting to O.

I just changed that temp to 97.0 and it still kept my crosshairs.  Weird.  I've got a question posted for the FF experts so hopefully they'll get back to me with some answers.

Just wanted to say THANKS for the new thread and hugs to those AF found!! I really hope she finds me soon!!! It's really getting old waiting and waiting with nothing happening!!!  LOL I know i'm just a bit impatient!!!  On a better note though, I put my Earnest money down on a new house last night and they will be starting the construction on it as soon as my loan finishes going thru!!! I'm SOOOOOOO excited!!!!  This is my first home and it's going to be a BRAND SPANKIN NEW HOUSE!!!! I LOVE IT!!!  I'm a little nervous, but heck i'll be 27 at the end of the month and i've been renting my grandparent's extra house for the past 5 years!!! I haven't told my parents or grandparents about the house yet because they think that me and my husband are crazy for wanting to have a house built...but we are going to be paying the same amount or less for the new house than we would be if we bought a house that has been around for several years!!! I think that it's a pretty good investment and both of our little girls will have their own rooms and they will have their own bathroom lol (it's been killing me to have only 1 bathroom in my house...so actually having 2 1/2 baths will be wonderful!!!)  I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL week!!!
