Thyrolar for Hypothyroidism?

Have an apt. with my Endo coming up soon and even though my #'s have gradually been improving (the standard TSH and Free T-4), I still have cold hands and feet and a low bbt.  I read something about Thyrolar and would love to hear feedback on it.  Right now I'm taking synthetic form of thyroid.

Oh, and BTW, we are TTCing. :)

Please, please, do not TTC until you have good labs. It is serious stuff for a baby!

I am not familiar with the medicine you mentioned. My guess would be others are not, either, as you had no responses. I would recommend either Armour or Thyroid (this one by the Canadian company Erfa). However, if you switch, you need to give it time before you TTC.

I would recommend you read on Stop the shytoid madness. That is an excellent source of information and many (mysef included) owe our welbeing to it.

Do you take Armour or Thyroid? 

I have been taking some form of thyroid for the last eight or so years.  I took Armour at one point and I think I would like to try it again, though the expense is an issue.  I am going to try to convince the Endo to work with me while taking Armour, even though she does not prescribe it she can order labs for me and help to monitor my progress.
