If I take probiotics, will my baby get it via breastmilk? Thanks!

I don't know if the actual probiotics get through, but i just found a study stating that probiotics during pregnancy and breastfeeding reduced eczema by 40% up to age 2, so it clearly has some effect.

 

If your babe is allergic to dairy (is that why no solids so long?) make sure to get a vegan one.
