Sbx is in court on 02/07 for contempt of court for the second time. The first time he got a stern talking to and put in his place but no fine or anything stronger. Any clue on what could possibly happen this time around? He's in contempt for not paying medical co pays, morgage, credit cards and car payments. He tried to miss car insurance but his last attorny managed to talk him into paying.

Depending on the judge, he may very well be up the creek without a paddle if ya know what I mean .... hopefully the judge will be good and pissed off with him tho  :)  One can hope  lol

Do you have the same judge? Do you know anything about him / her? I think this is one of those cases where a lot depends on the judge.

I have the same judge from start to finish so thats good for me, bad for him. She is said to be  on the side of the mom usually which is great, and when we were in court for temp custody and support sbx really really pissed her off. He lied about his income and fabricated a pay slip. Everything sbx said was a joke. At one point I actually had to be asked to stop laughing, and she was smiling when she made the request. Even sbx's attorney was shaking his head! Especially when sbx tried explaining how he was thinking of me when he stole the car I was driving (to the mandatory kids and divorce session/class with my three children on one of the hottest days last summer) and left me with the clunker and no keys.

Just to annoy me even further he has already backed out of his wednesday visitation with no warning. I'm going to be requesting that is decreased from every wednesday to every other wednesday which is what it will be in reality.
