Please help

I have taken serious measures this past month to get pregnant. I'm just coming off of ovulating a couple of days ago and I'm having a horrible dizzy spell today that is making me feel really nauseous. Since this is my first child I don't know what to expect but I'm pretty sure that it doesn't have anything to do with been pregnant, right? I just need conformation that this is just some weird thing that happened today. If anyone knows maybe why this is happening or can give me some perspective it would be really helpful.

Blessed7: There is pretty much an unlimited number of things that could cause nausea and dizzy spells, far too many possibilities to even hazard a guess over the internet. If it continues, please see your doctor and get checked out. It could be a pregnancy sign, or it could be any number of health problems, from mild to potentially serious.

And if you're having dizzy spells, please don't drive yourself to the doctor! Have someone else take you. Be safe!

Living sky, thanks I will go to the doctor if it continues and no driving for me since I can barely stand without being dizzy. I wasn't sure if pregnancy signs show up so quickly after ovulation. Oh well I'm crossing my fingers that today wil be much better.
