Help with ideas for no soy, no nut, no corn veg eating?

Both kids have allergies, and I'm looking for more recipes to keep us meat free, but still get enough protein and variety.  We already eat lots of bean dishes, but I'm wondering what else I could make to decrease the amount of dairy we eat.  Any ideas?

Yum!  I made a dish just like this Monday but without the raisins and spinach.  Everyone loved it except for ds.  Thanks for the site!

This is one of my favorites, and all my kids devour it.

This site should help, it shows you a list, depending on the area you select(like vegetables), which are highest in or lowest in the nutrient you select.

We have similar eating restrictions + GF!!!  Yikes lol.

Today we ate tomato soup with salad and asparagus.

1 cup hemp seeds

1 cup strained tomatoes (or tomato sauce)

2 chopped tomatoes

4 peeled cloves of garlic

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. dried oregano

2 tbsp. dried basil

1/2 tsp. sea salt

4 cups water

Blend until smooth in a blender then heat over the stove.
