Baby's hands and feet dark purple sometimes

My LO is almost 3 months old. Since she was a couple of weeks old, we have noticed her feet are often purple. Her hands are less often purple but sometimes they both turn really dark purple and then after awhile will turn bright red. Our house is 68-70 degrees. I mostly notice when we're getting in the shower at night as she has socks and multiple layers on all day. I have the extra heater on in the bathroom and warm water. I change position a few times to make sure it isn't compression from one position and keep her feet under the warm water. It takes about 10 minutes before they turn red and no longer blanch. I have all winter babies and don't specifically remember this with my other children. At her two well-baby checkups so far (I didn't mention this as I figured it was a newborn thing) they said her heart sounded good, etc. and she was perfect. Is this normal?

Acrocyanosis can be normal. Central isn't.
