Okay, this month I vow to keep up with tracking numbers - not just doing them!  lol

 

I think I'm going to aim for 800.  So far:

 

2/01:  40 minutes cardio (30 treadmill, 10 FluidUbe), 30+ minutes furniture construction and moving

2/02:  40 minutes cardio (bike)/weights circuit; 30+ minutes furniture construction and moving

 

(I've just got a huge shipment of equipment/furniture and I'm trying to fit it all into my classroom....  pain in the butt - but damn it's good for the muscles!!  lol)

Awwww damselfly!   It is so nice to be noticed..... I immediately got all mushy...so thanks!   I wanted four like you - but hubby put his foot down after number 3....  you lucky girl!

 

2/1 - 40 minutes at the gym
2/2 - 30 minutes easy run
2/4  -  70 minutes on the treadmill GAH!
