Okay, this month I vow to keep up with tracking numbers - not just doing them! lol
I think I'm going to aim for 800. So far:
2/01: 40 minutes cardio (30 treadmill, 10 FluidUbe), 30+ minutes furniture construction and moving
2/02: 40 minutes cardio (bike)/weights circuit; 30+ minutes furniture construction and moving
(I've just got a huge shipment of equipment/furniture and I'm trying to fit it all into my classroom.... pain in the butt - but damn it's good for the muscles!! lol)
