2/02: Â 40 minutes cardio (bike)/weights circuit; 30+ minutes furniture construction and moving

(I've just got a huge shipment of equipment/furniture and I'm trying to fit it all into my classroom.... Â pain in the butt - but damn it's good for the muscles!! Â lol)
