2/2 - 30 minutes easy run
2/4Â -Â 70 minutes on the treadmill GAH!
2/5Â -Â 40 minutes in the gym lunges, arms squats etc
2/6Â -Â 50 minute easy run with hubby
2/8Â -Â 60 minute run
2/9Â -Â 40 minute run
2/11 -Â 60 minute run
2/13 -Â 40 minute run
2/15 -Â 60 minute run
2/16 -Â 100 minutes - 40 minute run and 60 minutes with the tiller and the rake
2/18 -  75 minutes -  35 minute run and 40 minutes with the tiller and the rakeÂ
2/19 -Â Â 45 minute run
2/21 - 1 hour 40 minute strength training work out!!!Â
2/23 -Â 40 minute hard run and 15 minute cool down/stretch
2/25 -Â 120 minute strength training
2/26 -Â 60 minute run and cool down
2/27 -Â 90 minute run and cool down
2/28 -Â 95 minute strength training
