it just didn't feel right without finishing the month!

2/28 45 min elliptical, 10 min core

2/1 - 40 minutes at the gym
2/2 - 30 minutes easy run
2/4  -  70 minutes on the treadmill GAH!
2/5  -  40 minutes in the gym lunges, arms squats etc
2/6  -  50 minute easy run with hubby
2/8  -  60 minute run
2/9  -  40 minute run
2/11 -  60 minute run
2/13 -  40 minute run
2/15 -  60 minute run
2/16 -  100 minutes - 40 minute run and 60 minutes with the tiller and the rake
2/18 -  75 minutes -   35 minute run and 40 minutes with the tiller and the rake 
2/19 -   45 minute run
2/21 -  1 hour 40 minute strength training work out!!! 
2/23 -  40 minute hard run and 15 minute cool down/stretch
2/25 -  120 minute strength training
2/26 -  60 minute run and cool down
2/27 -  90 minute run and cool down
2/28 -  95 minute strength training
