Well I might as well ask about both my main health complaints right now at the same time.
I feel queezy, all the time, morning, night. About a 3 on a 1 to 10 scale, if 8 is hurling. It's a lot like morning sickness, I can eat comfortably, but I fill up fast. It's been going on since about the end of October.
I'm not pregnant. No change in degree of stress. I turned 30 last year...metabolism changes? It started about a month or so after my daughter weaned (second child). I still have some milk.
It came with a big shift towards protien-type food interests, strong disinterest to breads and sugars (awesome right!?!) I've had a major disinterest in alcoholic beverages, which is unlike me (and was the first symptom of pregnancy with my first child). Beer was the first to go, probably along the lines of liquid bread, and my disinterest in bread, at least that's my assessement. Not eating these foods doesn't make my queeziness better, but it doesn't make it worse.
I have a predictable monthly cycle, though it's slightly heavier after my second child was born compared to earlier in life (she's 19 months now). Energy on average is probably a 5 on a 1 to 10 scale, where 8 is probably normal day in and day out.
What can cause constant queeziness?
Who would I even go see to ask about such a thing, to OB, the Physician, the Chiropractor?
