How to prepare body for number 2

Hi ya'll. 

DH just proclaimed tonight that he wants to start thinking about another and that we should shoot for June as a time to start trying. Any advice for how to prep in the mean time? My first bfp I miscarried, second gave me DD but was unplanned and felt as if my body was out of sorts the entire time. Any tips...suggestions?

My DD is almost one and I am starting to think about getting ready to TTC #2.  I think some good things are making sure you are at a healthy weight, exercise regularly, eat nutritious food and take your prenatal vitamins!

 

Also, I chart to avoid pregnancy currently but I am also charting to make sure that my luteal phase is at least 10 days and that I am not ovulating too late (I have a later O than average).

notes2.gif My DD is almost 13 months and DH and I have started talking about number 2. I guess I'll start taking my prenatals, try to lose the last 10 pounds .....maybe start drinking RRL tea again.....

I started taking prenatals too. I have to kick this coffee and soda addiction I have picked up since DD1. Yikes. Don't even know how that happened. Survival I guess hide.gif
