Wrap or Carrier for Plus-Size Ladies?

I have to return to work soon and we have found a nanny who will wear our son (he'll be 4 months old) while watching him.  I currently use a Moby, but it does not fit our nanny.  Can anyone please suggest a good wrap or carrier for a plus-size woman?

How plus sized? I'm a 22 and had no trouble w the Moby fitting.

But I also have a Two Mommas Design half-buckle tai and a TMD Onbuhimo, both w XL straps. The Onbu is my fave, by far.

Or even a long RS should work.

If she's extremely large, you may be better off w a woven wrap, which you can often order by length.

You might want to make sure she was putting the Moby on correctly.  I am also a 22 and have a lot of room to spare.  I have to tie in the back which is a pain when I want to sit down but there is a lot of fabric still left.
