11 week old, 6 days- no poop

Title says it all... I have an EBF 11 week old (don't know if this is relevant but he has had a slight fever and congestion for about a week (went to the doctor yesterday and it is just a virus)) who hasn't had a good poop in about 6 days. He has had several small squirts in his diaper, but no regular sized poops. He has had horrible gas pains today and very stinky gas. He is still nursing normal and having plenty of wet diapers. Should I be alarmed? Is there anything I can do to help him poop? I hate to take him to the doctor again if it is nothing. Oh, he normally poops every other day or so, so he isn't a daily pooper (DS1 pooped like 5 times a day at this age!)... Thanks mamas!

Normal for a bf baby!  Once a week was average for my baby when young and bf.

Right at about 3 months all mine went from pooping daily to pooping weekly.

I've heard that's pretty common....

Oh yeah, and that once a week poop was an EXPLOSION when it happened!

I would say that unless he appears to be in lots of pain and is clearly really unhappy and uncomfortable, to let it be. It's true that EBF babies can go a week, 10 days, even 2 weeks without pooping, because in some instances breastmilk is so well absorbed and utilized that there's little to no waste. However, it's also true that sometimes a fluke bad situation comes up, and the baby is actually stopped up. According to my ped, constipation in an EBF baby is about consistency, not frequency. So, those little mini-poops he had, were they of a normal EBF consistency? If so, he is likely fine. But if not, definitely get him in to see your doctor.
