I took a couple of pictures of my husband pottying our son and put them on my Facebook. The angle they were taken you could see a bit so I edited it so there was nothing crucial visible, I blurred it completely so it's just blank skin color. Someone asked me if I was sure I wanted to post something like that? All of our photos are only visible to people on my friend list. It kind of took me by surprise because I didn't think it was quetionable at all. I figure nobody thinks anything of it with a bath picture where someone throws a washcloth over them or an older kid sitting on a potty? What do you think? I changed it so for right now only I can access the pictures but now it's just like... I don't know. Like I said, it totally caught me off guard and now I don't know what to think. I don't think there is anything wrong with it but I don't want people thinking I am endangering my child?! Am I totally wrong for thinking it's okay?

I personally don't think there is anything wrong with that. In fact I had a picture of my DS at 5 weeks on the potty on our local online newspaper! I also blurred and blacked out the parts. However, I know for a while a lot of diaper sites were starting to secure and password protect even pictures of kids in diapers. The reason was that disgusting porn sites would link to the pictures. It was creepy of course, so all the pictures of my customers kids on my website are also password protected. Many websites have a panel where you can see all the sites that link to you and I am guessing that is how people found out this was going on. BUT, that can't really happen with your facebook account since you have only your friends able to view.Â

I don't see anything wrong with it, but I know others would. I really don't get what the big deal is about showing the naked bodies, we all have one.

I want to post pictures on facebook and a video to show people what it is all about, I think some just think I don't use diapers and let them pee all over the place. I don't know if I should though, only my friends would be able to view them.
