Books for young kids about divorce / separation?

I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations on this topic. My sons is two and a half and most books I have seen are aimed at an older child.

My sister used to work in an alternative bookstore and is always getting books for the kids that are pc. I'll check and see if she can do some research as I'd like some too on the topic for my 5 and 2 and half year olds! Thanks for making me think of it and of course I'll share what I learn!
