Could you post a simple dental routine for me and my toddler?

I just had one cavity filled last week to the tune of $450 and I know that I have at least three more teeth that are bothering me that we can't afford to fix right now. Would someone mind posting a simple routine that might help me and keep my toddler cavity free?  There is a lot of information here but I am having trouble boiling it all down to something I can actually do.  Little concerned about safety of floride but would be willing to use it at least on me, DD still loves to swallow toothpaste so maybe not for her.

I asked my dentist what he did, and he does the following:

Before bed full brush and floss. This is his daily get the teeth completely clean

In the morning he brushes again.

After each time he eats he does a quick brush, really just to get food particles off.. not to clean the plaque off the teeth.

It was that simple for him.

He told me to really brush hard where the gums meet the teeth as I seem to get cavities there. Before I didn't focus there.

Anyhow hope that helps.

Cell salt are amazing for healing and stopping new cavities. The ones people usually use are calc phos, calc fluor, and silica. Some people like bioplasma. I have seen my dd's cavities with dentist confirmation with cell salts.

Vitamin K2 is sometimes used for cavities and I am trying that for myself.

We brush with pascalite clay instead of tooth paste.

this.  I have used other things as well with some people, but this is fairly foundational.  It's what I build on.

Are the cell salts something I can find in a good health food store?

generally yes.  but not all hfs' carry them, so you'd have to find out.  they are with the homeopathics.
