I was around here a lot with #2 a couple years ago. Â Then life was so busy, I wandered off. Â I'm not sure how many people are still here from then.
Â
Anyway, I'm intolerant of dairy, tapioca, almond, sugar cane, onion, garlic, clove, vanilla and a few other things.
Â
DS#1 (4.5) is IgE to milk and peanut, intolerant of turkey, tomato, chocolate, vanilla, wheat and a host of legumes
Â
DS#2 (2.5) is intolerant to a number of legumes, corn, squashes, onion, garlic and a few other things. Â He's come a long way though, he used to get hives from rice, bananas and most every grain on the planet.
Â
I've just found out I'm pregnant. Â Honestly, the only reason we didn't plan on another was the food issue. Â No one IRL understands it and it's so hard to deal with. Â Especially with the corn, wheat split. Â #1 slept terribly for a year. Â #2 for nearly 2 years. Â DH and my marriage really suffered from the complete and total exhaustion.
Â
I already take a host of supplements and we eat a pretty decent whole foods diet. Â If anyone has any suggestions or insight for me to help #3 have a good start, I'd love to hear it. Â As long as it isn't harmful, I'm up to trying a lot!
Â

Katherine
