I believe I really have issues that could be described as "Seasonal Affect Disorder". They have been particularly bad the past couple weeks. This is a recurring event (essentially January, February, and early March). The worst month by far is always February. I can't afford to go someplace "sunny" during these months. I don't even know if that would really help. Anyone else affected similarly--are there any herbs/supplements/??? that seem to help. What are the potentially negative side effects with them?
