Everyone always recommends smoothies to get unwelcome veggies/foods into kids. But my little guy won't eat/drink anything that's even refrigerator cold (his teeth have been sensitive ever since he chipped them).Â

Not to even mention the fact that we're still working on cups. And while he understands the concept of straws he's more interested in playing with them than drinking through them. Â

So what can I give him to eat that I can hide the "good" stuff in? Right now we're working on the assumption that he's dairy allergic.Â
