Pinprick rash on DD - what is it?

Noticed tonight while getting dd 4yo ready for bed - she has a pinprick rash all over her torso. Little red dots, and she said it itched a little on both sides. There is one maybe blister - barely if it is.

What could this be? FWIW we don't have a lot of kid contact, she hasn't been anywhere new or eaten anything new, etc. She is just getting over a cold / flu bug that we all had which lasted about 2 weeks. She still has a runny nose from that.

It sounds like it is just some random virus. From the Rashes page:

The most important thing to understand here is that if your child has a fever or is not feeling well, and breaks out in one of these generic rashes, then it is probably a harmless virus and nothing to worry about.
