I have been TTC on and off for about a year. Im starting to suspect that I may have low progesterone. I have been doing research and have found that B6 and/or Chastberry may help to correct this. I have been taking prenatal vitamins in preparation so my question is do I take both/one in addition to my prenatal? I dont want to overdo it?
Im clueless so any help/experiences would be appreciated.
