The beginning of the end?

I started losing some of my mucus plug yesterday and a little more today!  I also had some serious shooting pains in my vagina yesterday afternoon...not sure what that was all about, but it was painful to the point that I was considering call my OB, but then they stopped so I didn't call.  I have at most 16 days left (scheduled c/s) but I guess it could be anytime!

Oooh def sounds like the beginning of the end! Maybe the pains were baby pushing into your cervix??

More mucus plug through the night...and a little bit of pink tinted mucus, too, instead of just yellow.  Of course, I made the mistake of telling my mom (via email).  She emailed back which was fine, but then she called as well to ask more questions and make assumptions.  Why do I tell her anything?  The next time I'm calling her is after the baby is born.  Actually, that's not true...she will need to come watch the kids, but I'm not volunteering anymore information to her.  I'm feeling like a watched pot.
