Customer Service/Communication: lisa was WONDERFUL to work with! she was waiting (as was i) for her next shipment to come in and she very patiently answered my numerous emails asking "are they in yet!!!:LOL and she lived through my color changes too! (with the wait i had too much time to change my mind!! )

I ordered and bought another sling from a different site a week earlier than the hugabub and am still waiting for this sling. However my hugabub took only 3 days to reach me. That is Awesome!!!
