RF limit on Radian65 extended to 40lb?

Earlier today I was looking up the RF limit on dd's Radian, and came
across this.

I see the article's a bit old, so does anyone know whether this is now "official" (first question); and secondly, if we bought our Radian in March '08, does this definitely not apply to us? . Dd is 33lb or so now and I'd love to keep her RF for a while longer

Nope it doesn't apply to your...retroactive on all U.S. models made in or after September 2008, I feel your pain...
