Baby K'Tan, Moby Wrap, or....? for newborn, mom has a bad back!

I am about to have number 4 and I'm kind of on borrowed time.  I need to buy a new carrier to use for this baby for about 6 months--at which point I will likely switch to my Ergo.  My back gets really sore with most carriers, and not helping is the fact that this baby is STUCK breech so I'm 99% likely having a c/s and so lifting will be a challenge for the first little while anyway.

I need something that has relatively good arm freedom--my other three are kindergarten and under and need a lot of my hands-on involvement.  I'm worried that the fourth baby will not be getting as much mom time unless I'm wearing him :(  Also, relatively easy to put on would be nice.  Other than that, I'm mostly concerned about back support.  I've been looking at Baby K'Tan and Moby on a friend's recommendation but I was hoping the experts here would also throw in your advice.

Love my Baby K'tan. If you are looking for something easy to put on, I would definitely recommend the K'tan over the Moby. The Moby requires a lot of wrapping and you will have to reach around your back and pull the fabric back over your shoulders - it's not even easy for me to do. It is also time consuming. They are both great the way that they hold your baby and are both very soft and have a super comfy end result.

thanks Emily!  I think I am going to get the K'Tan. :)  This is a stupid question, but do you think I should get the cocoa or the tan?  I'm generally a chocolate person, but I thought the tan might be a little nicer for spring/summer and maybe more stain friendly.  I ALWAYS have the worst time with choosing color :)
