I'm having a senior moment and forget....
DH and I use NFP to avoid. I'm trying to remember what the peak fertile day is? For example, I had a day this month with lots of ferticle CM, O pain,etc. The next day I still had some pain and fertile CM but both were less then that day before. What would my peak day be, the one where I noticed the most CM or the next day, which did have fertile CM but not as much. By the end of that last day the pain went away and the mucus was almost gone(not by 6pm though). Thoughts? I've forgotten the "definiton" of peak day. TIA!
