Wow. Yuck. There is no way I would be left alone in a room with my ex. That is such a stupid stupid response from that office! If I were in your shoes, and the clerks got up to leave, I would go with them and say I refuse to be alone in the same room with him. That sooo sucks that things got messed up because of your preeclampsia. That is so much to deal with on top of your health and a new baby. Glad you did what you had to, and that it's enough to survive on for now. Hope things go better in the future. Does this mean you'll be able to move out of your parents' house?

It must vary per county or something Cheer Mom... you do have to pay a small fee to have it modified, but you can do so at anytime either party can request.

Banabee... no, this does not mean I can move out. lol Still not enough for that... but in a year my car will be paid off, and other various things may play out where the option of moving out looks good. :)
