Adding moisturizer to Dr Brommers in foamer?

Our hands are DRY this time of year, and I was thinking of adding jojoba oil or something to our soap pump (we use diluted Dr. Bommers in a foamer). Should I do it? Have you? Did you regret it? If so why?

I've tried adding things to Dr. Bs before with really nasty results BUT I didn't dilute it first- would love to hear how it works out if you give it a go : )
