We were shocked recently.  My husband decided to treat my children to store-bought Popsicles (we've always just frozen juice).  I was teasing him, telling him he couldn't have chosen Popsicles containing more artificial ingredients and while reading the box I noticed they also included gelatin.  I guess it is added to make them 'slow-melt'.  We never imagined there w/b gelatin in frozen pops.
