My little girl seems to be grabbing/itching her vagina a lot when her diaper is off, and it looks a little red on the interior of the labia. There's no discharge that I've seen, and no foul odor, although there is *some* odor that I don't think was there before. I recently came off of antibiotics for Strep and although I didn't get any yeast infections ( I was taking a ton of probiotics), I'm wondering if she could have one? She's nursing 3-4x a day and through the night. No sign of thrush. No fever or sign of pain when peeing, although today and yesterday it seems like she's been unusually uncomfortable at times, crying when there doesn't seem to be anything wrong. Perhaps I should just take her in??? Any thoughts??
