How soon can symptoms start?

I am new to ttc. We have been trying for w week now. We have on son who is two. But decided we are ready for another one. After a week of trying I have started to feel like I am preggo. I don't know if it's all in my head or what. I'm not even sure when I should be ovulating. I just got my iud removed and only had my last two periods on it.

Theoretically, you could have pregnancy symptoms a week after conception.  They would probably be difficult to distinguish from normal 2ww symptoms, however, since post-ovulation and pregnancy hormones are pretty similar.  Maybe check out a fertility charting site like fertilityfriend.com to learn about pinpointing when you ovulate.
