Has anyone dealt with methadone exposure?

The birth mother we are in contact with right now is on methadone.  She is receiving daily monitoring/care from the methadone clinic as well as seeing a high risk OB so she is receiving a ton of medical support.  From our research we do not see this as a deal breaker for us.  I will be talking to our adoption counselor about it today but I would love to hear any first hand experiences.
