Gift ideas for 2 month old twins?

I am struggling to come up with a good gift idea for a close friend who had twins (boy and a girl) 2 months ago and lives far away. She also has a 3 yr old and I think has all of the gear that she needs. (Usually I am more organized than this but I just had a baby of my own a few weeks ago and am completely behind.) Is food still a good idea at this point? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would have appreciated food that whole first year, but especially the first 4 months. That would have been the best gift, definitely. Well, that or a housecleaner.

Before I read your post, my first impulse was FOOD!  i had a friend who gave us a full meal a week for 6 weeks and it was a lifesaver.  At 2 months they definitely still need food.  From a distance, I'd order a ham or gift certificate to Let's Dish or something along those lines.

A house cleaner is also a great idea.

I have two month twins! Besides food, LOL, the things I would appreciate (and haven't gotten myself) are baby books and maybe coordinating outfits.

My twins are 8 weeks and somebody to clean my house would be awesome.  Food is also very much appreciated.

More specifically for the babies, I like coordinating/matching outfits more than I ever thought I would.  In fact, I now like to dress all 3 of my girls (I also have a 2 yr old) in matching outfits.  It's just too stinking cute.

Something token for the babies, something good for the mommie! A gift cert. For housekeeping, food delivery, or a massage that comes to her ( if she has someone to watch the kids while she gets it.

I think being a mom of nearly 2 month old twins myself I would really like matching heirloom gifts, like two similar really nice stuffed animals, or two memento boxes. If they came from a very good friend it is something that would really make me feel special for having these two babies to raise.
