So I'm just over 12 month postpartum (Happy 1st Bday!) and got my very first AF on Dec 20, 10, at 10.5 months PP [It was real AF, with 5 days bleeding, etc.]. We're still BF'ing, not too often, but for naps and bedtime for sure. I started temping around early January and may have missed ovulation. BUT, I still haven't gotten another period yet. Is this normal after return? I had really long, wonky cycles to begin with, but I'm on day 53 of my cycle, according to the chart. Thoughts? I'm trying to prevent right now so we're for sure using backup method, but I'd like to get a recognizable pattern for when we start trying again.
