Anyone ever do a craft fair?

I'm applying for a table at a Spring craft fair, and I'm hoping for some tips from anyone who has done it before. It will be at a school. Its pretty low cost, just $25, so it should be easy to earn my table fee back at least. What kinds of things sell well and what don't? I'm going to try and keep my costs as low as possible, because not many people want to pay $50 for a hand made baby outfit :) So my focus is on items I can make quickly, that I have enough practice at that I can make them well, and that do not use expensive materials.

Bean bags.. I can crack these suckers out like no one's business. I was thinking 1/$1 or 3/$2.

robeez style shoes : $12 or so? not much material needed, but they are a little more difficult/time consuming. I do have a few pairs already made up, and probably won't make many more

girl peasant tops: $10 maybe? I can make a couple an hour.

crayon rolls: probably would include crayons so would need to see what a 16pack costs to determine price

other baby/kid clothing items would depend on what patterns i can legally use for resale. Shouldn't be difficult to make my own pattern for some kid shorts though.

coin/make up pouches? Just simple little zipper bags, maybe $6 or so?

and last, I plan to scour a goodwill outlet (clothes by the lb... SCORE!) for solid shirts/onesies to applique. I'll be picky about condition, but will readily take stuff that has a stain that can be covered with a cute applique! Possibilities are endless here.. I could do as low as $5 for a very simple applique, like just a shape cut out of a cute fabric and sewn on, and up the price based on the difficulty/complexity of the design.

Thoughts? Any ideas about what people would be likely to buy (or not buy)?

I wouldn't spend a ton of money making stuff. Pouches sound great, beanbags sound great. I'd make a few peasant tops and bring one or two fancy baby outfits for show. You can get new gerber onesies for about as cheap as used ones. Make sure to bring business cards and set up an etsy site for your stuff. Look at it more as a networking opportunity than a sales opportunity, people tend not to buy to much at fairs like that, but will often buy in the next week if you have a website that they can browse at their leisure.
