DS1 is 3 1/2 and I don't *think* he's retractable yet?  DS2 is 10 months old and he partially retracted himself one day... the foreskin seems looser than Ds1's every did.  So, I have no clue, really, but I answered not yet in the poll.

My guys are 7.5, 7.5, 4.5, and none of them retract yet.
