Could I be pregnant? I'm so confused

OK, I know the real answer is wait and test in a few days or see a Dr. and have a blood test, but I am impatient and I don't have a Dr. to go to, I'd be picking someone new.

DH and I were done having kids.  We have two, they are both pretty high needs and decided we were comfortable with the four of us as a family.  I don't chart and just keep approximate cycle lengths in my head so I only know my LMP was early to mid-January, probably starting between the 8th and 11th.

We had a condom incident, yes we used it and it failed.  I started experiencing pregnancy symptoms within a few days - pain when DS nursed, sore and perky breasts, mild cramps and the tell-tale changes in my blood sugar (I'm have T1 diabetes and it behaves quite peculiarly at the beginning of pregnancy).

The date was January 22nd as date of conception, which I know gives a window for fertilization.  If I call 1-22 date of conception, then I'll assume that makes me 2w (really probably a couple days less).  I had several negative HPTs (using FRER).  This Saturday and Sunday (4w and 4w1d) I had two very faint, but clear BFPs.

I had one test left from the box and decided to use it on Tuesday to see a darker line, it was negative.  I got more tests and was negative yesterday and today with FMU.

I still feel nauseous, it is still painful with DS nurses, my blood sugar is still wacky (but it also is before AF).

I first thought chemical pregnancy, but I'm wondering if it is still early enough that the tests aren't reliable.  I guess as long as I'm not bleeding, there is still a possibility, but I figure it's pretty slight at this point.

I don't know a whole lot, just my own experience.  I also conceived around 1/22.  I got a very faint positive on certain brands of pregnancy tests around 2/1 but some (the really cheap ones) didn't show anything for a few more days. I would think by now you would have a very accurate result as you would be 20 days past ovulation.  If all the tests are the same brand and now they say negative, it seems unlikely that you would be pregnant. Maybe wait another couple days and see if AF starts?
