Store bought wipes dry (without solution)??

I would like to purchase plain dry baby  wipes but would add my own solution-likely just water. For a year I used soft baby wash clothes and plain water but I really like the convenience of a disposable wipe now when out of the house. I actually have bought wipes and tried to completely rinse them out before putting them back in the container, but the solution still remains unfortunately.

Any ideas where I could purchase the wipes but without any solution on them?

I've never heard of any, but I know some people make their own disposable wipes from paper towels.

I would try a medical supplier or a pharmacy that specializes in medical supplies.
