EWCM not coinciding with O?

Hi guys.  I'm just looking for some hopeful vibes really.  I'm nursing my 2.5yo and I've had 5 pp cycles.  Every time I have got lovely ewcm with "ovulation spotting" about 5 days or so before I ovulate.  Then it gradually goes cloudy, then cloudy and watery by O day.  Has anyone else had this?  I guess it shows that something is still not right with my hormones.  I have a 10-11 day LP which is not great but still gives me hope I could get pregnant.  Has anyone else managed to conceive with freaky hormones like mine?  BTW I chart my cm and use OPKs, so I am only estimating my O day.  But my consistent LPs indicate that I am probably ovulating.

Thats actually normal. Ewcm usually proceeds O. Once you have ovulated, or even while you are ovulating, the ewcm can disappear dramatically.

The point is to  have sexual intercourse in the days/hours preceeding O, so that the sperm is ready and waiting being kept in comfort by the ewcm. Eggs dont have a very long lifespan, so its better to have the sperm there, than for the  egg to wait for them.

But the problem is that it's gone way before ovulation - it maybe lasts 2 says (o-5 and o-4) and then starts disappearing.
