Humidifier/Vaporizer with Vaposteam OK?

Probably a dumb question but is it ok to use a humidifier with Vicks vaposteam in it when you are pregnant? I have a terrible cold and can't sleep with all the congestion. I hadn't even thought twice about it but I bought a small vaporizer made by Life at Shoppers drug mart yesterday, it's a waterless vaporizer and it contains only menthol and eucalyptus but it says "do not use while pregnant or nursing and not with children under 2" I turned it off just in case and went and read the vicks vaposteam package and it says nothing about not using it while pregnant or nursing and it contains both of those oils and several other ingredients. So.....what the heck?! ha!

Can anyone help? I really want to be able to turn both of these things on today but I'm weary.

I have used my humidifier almost my whole pregnancy. It has the vicks liquid that i put in it, so I would assume its the same thing... I never thought to ask if it was safe, but I would assume it is since the amount that will get in your body would be so small.
